4 garlic cloves 

5 TBSP Olive oil

Cooking Sea Salt to taste 

Roasted chilli peppers

Water


Place the chopped garlic and salt in mortar and pestle and combine in a smooth paste gradually while adding the olive oil.

Once thickened and white add 200ml of cold water and mix well.

Grill and peel the chillies and place in the dip.

Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
